With the help of the PlainStaff integration, it is possible to generate corresponding outgoing invoices in Lexware Office from the recorded project times.

Connecting to Lexware Office
The connection between PlainStaff and Lexware Office is established quickly and easily:
- Open the settings for Lexware Office in PlainStaff at Administration > Integrations by clicking on "Settings" on the lexoffice tile.
- Enter the VAT rate to be used in the appropriate field.
- Select whether the project description should be printed on the invoice. In this way, for example, an order number or a customer cost center can be included on the invoice.
- Click "Connect" and authenticate with Lexware Office.

Using the Integration
Through the integration with Lexware Office, PlainStaff gains two new functions:
- In PlainStaff, customers can be imported from Lexware Office using the double-arrow button next to the customer selection box in the project dialog. Only these imported customers can be used for subsequent invoicing. The import can be executed as often as desired. Already imported customers are updated with information from Lexware Office. - In PlainStaff project management, project times recorded in PlainStaff can be selected, grouped, and exported to Lexware Office for invoice creation. More information in the Help.
