New Version of PlainStaff

Starting 06.04.2023, a new version of PlainStaff is available (5.0.0). This new release brings the long-awaited Capacity Planning to PlainStaff. With its help, projects can be planned better and more clearly, and above all, the workload of employees in project planning can be optimized at a glance. The new Capacity Planning is a dedicated module in PlainStaff and can be ordered separately. The same discounts apply as for the other modules (20% for 2 and 30% for 3 or more modules). Capacity Planning shows all projects at a glance. Tasks can easily be moved, added, extended, or shortened with the mouse. The time scale can be switched between days, weeks, and months, and the plan can be enlarged to full screen. With the filter, the planning can quickly be filtered to individual employees or departments.

In the lower area of project planning, the current workload of employees is displayed. The capacity of employees results from the time model, but can also be adjusted individually. In addition, if Employee Time Tracking is also licensed, bookings such as vacation / illness / training are automatically taken into account in the capacity.
