The subscription for using PlainStaff can be purchased directly within the app. To do so, navigate to the Subscription page in the settings. First, enter your billing address and credit card details, and then select the modules and employees you wish to license. More information regarding data security can be found here. Changes to the subscription can be made at any time and are applied on a pro-rata basis. Any licenses that may have been overpaid will be credited on your next invoice. Refunds can take up to 30 days. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
The billing screen provides all invoices for download. Invoices are also sent by email to the address provided with your billing details.
