If you do not want employees in PlainStaff to see euro amounts (hourly rates, turnovers, etc.), you can prevent this using the "Show turnover to employees" toggle in the settings. When this toggle is disabled, all amounts (project budgets, hourly rates, project turnovers, etc.) are hidden for all users except Admin and Management / Works Council. The amounts are hidden not only in the app and in all reports, but also in communication with the database, so that APIs also contain no amounts. Note, however, that REST APIs that are not called via the app still contain the amounts. This REST API is disabled by default for all employees. You can enable it for individual employees by removing "REST API" under "Forbidden accesses" on the "Security" tab in the employee master data.
If individual employees should still gain insight into amounts, you can define this individually for each employee in the employee master data by giving them the "Project Controller" role.
