How can I bill expenses or materials in my PlainStaff projects?

You want to charge expenses like postage, hotel costs, or materials in your projects.

In PlainStaff, there are Articles for billing materials and expenses:

Here you can create the desired articles, which can then be used by the entire team in the project bookings:

Artikelformular

The following properties can be stored for the article:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Article Number
  • Unit (piece, km, kg, ...)
  • Price: If nothing is entered here, the price from the project will be used.
  • Statistics: Here you can decide whether or not the revenue from this article should be included in the project revenue statistics.

Note: Whether employees can change the price or not is defined in the assignment of employees to the project:
