In the project overview, all projects available in the system are displayed. Employees with the roles of Admin, GF/BR (managing director/works council), and project admin have access to the project overview with all projects. Employees who are listed as project managers for one or more projects only have access to those specific projects.

The following information is available (it can also be filtered and sorted by these):

  • Status
  • Project number
  • Project name
  • Cost center
  • Customer name
  • Total budget
  • Available budget as a percentage of the total budget. Formula: \({Total budget - Recorded revenue \over Total budget}*100\)
  • EEB (Estimated End Of Budget): Date until which the budget is expected to last. Formula: \(today + {Restbudget \over {revenue-last-7-days \over 7}} days\)
  • Revenue: Recorded revenue for the selected period.
  • Not billed: Revenue in the selected period that has not yet been invoiced.
  • Status: Timestamp of the last calculation of the statistics.
