Use your own letterhead

If you want to use your own stationery for the documents generated in Plainstaff, you can upload this in the admin area under “Document Layout”.

To do this, you need a picture of your letter sheet in the JPG format. Simply save an empty Word document with your template for business letters in a PDF file (File -> Export -> PDF). You can then use the free web service PDF2JPG (https://pdf2jpg.net) to convert this PDF document into a JPG picture.
