Do employees need Weclapp access for time recording with plainstaff?

Problem

You would like to know whether all employees (e.g. fitters) need Weclapp access to be able to use plainstaff time recording and what costs are involved.

Solution

  1. plainstaff does not require Weclapp access for your employees for pure time tracking
  2. the monthly costs for the plainstaff silver package are 4,90 € per employee/month
    1. there are no further monthly or annual costs
  4. please note that the times from the simple working time recording cannot be synchronised with Weclapp
  5. only the times from the project time recording can be synchronised with Weclapp, from which invoices can then be created automatically in Weclapp
  6. whether users need Weclapp licences depends on the type of invoicing
