The integration of PlainStaff into your ERP system can take place at two points:
- For transferring working hours and absences recorded in PlainStaff to payroll accounting
- For transferring project times recorded in PlainStaff for invoicing

Transfer of Working Hours and Absences
For the direct transfer of working hours and absences to the ERP system, there is currently only an interface to DATEV, which is currently still in beta testing. If you plan to use this interface, please contact us beforehand at [email protected].
Another way to transfer working hours and absences from PlainStaff is by exporting via a CSV file. This CSV file can be generated in the employee overview using the export button at the top right and then further processed in the ERP system.
In addition, PlainStaff's public REST API can be used to export working hours and absences.
Transfer of Project Times
In order to transfer project times to the ERP system, it is mandatory that a customer from this ERP system is assigned to the project in question. Customers from the ERP system can be imported into the project form in PlainStaff using the double-arrow button. Be sure to use one of these imported customers if you later want to transfer times from this project to your ERP system. Project times are then transferred directly from the project file ("Export Bookings" button in the top right).
